What methods of payment does Outdoor Fabric Store accept?
Outdoor Fabric Store accepts MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Please be advised that the appropriate state sales taxes will be added to your purchase. Your statement will show a charge by Advanced Refinishing, Inc. which is our corporate name.

What shipping methods does Outdoor Fabric Store offer?
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during the checkout process. If you require special shipping methods, please let us know. Most items are shipped from one of our warehouse locations within 48 hours. Advanced Refinishing, Inc. dba Outdoor Fabric Store will not be liable for damages due to the delay in, or the inability to complete, the manufacture and delivery of goods due to labor difficulties, weather, Acts of God, governmental acts or regulations, shipping delays, inability to obtain equipment or material from the sources of supply, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Advanced Refinishing, Inc.

What is Outdoor Fabric Store’s return policy?
As fabric orders are usually processed with 24-48 hours of order placement, cancellations must be made quickly. Please call our office at 1-866-638-6416 if you need to cancel your order. Cancellation of custom made items must be made in writing within 48 hours of order placement. Custom made items may not be returned. Please send your cancellation email to info@outdoorfabricstore.com. Please include your name, address, a telephone number where we can reach you and order number.
Defective Fabric- Anytime a problem exists with fabric yardage that is due to our error (for example the wrong fabric is shipped or there is a defect in the product) we will offer a replacement yardage with no additional cost incurred to the customer.
Hardware and non fabric items may be returned for credit less a 20% restocking fee. The amount of the credit would be what you paid for the item minus the shipping. We do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise unless the return is due to our error. Once the product is received by Outdoor Fabric Store, the refund will be initiated. Please call our office to receive a return authorization number. Hardware and non fabric items must be in its original packaging and must be made no later than 30 days after the placement of order. Special order, or custom made items may not be returned for any reason.

How Big Will My Fabric Order Be?
We got this question, more than once and we were a little stumped by it. We think that people are getting confused so we want to clear this up. We sell outdoor fabric by the running yard. Normally a bolt of fabric is 54 inches wide. If you order a yard of outdoor fabric you will be getting a piece of outdoor fabric that is 54 inches wide by 36" inches long or one yard.

Are you a real company or just an internet retailer?
Outdoor Fabric Store is an outgrowth of a family owned, brick and mortar business under the corporate name of Advanced Refinishing, Inc. What started as a hobby in our garage in 1988 has grown into a multi-company business specializing in outdoor living products and services. Because we were using a wide selection of outdoor fabrics for our custom cushions, slings and outdoor products, we had overwhelming requests to purchase these fabrics by the yard. We created this online store to service that market. Our main office is located at 8700 Sovereign Row in Dallas, Texas, but our customers are located throughout the United States and Canada.
